    There are some webmaster forums that actually work in getting new users and activities on your forums. I know of one which is Admin Junkies. You get real human interaction and no spam.

    I first of all started by making use of free resources like the freecode camp and YouTube. Then I eventually too professional course of Udemy and offline.

    This is exactly the point. College will be more of theory work instead of practical, and that is not enough to build up the skills needed to become a professional.
